Il Mio Viaggio Concierge offers assistance via WhatsApp, available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with quick replies in just a few minutes, to guide you and help you make the most of your stay.

How It Works

After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation voucher via email.
The service will be activated automatically on the day of your arrival, based on the selected date.
You will receive a welcome message with the concierge’s phone number. The number will not be provided at the time of purchase but only when the service is activated.
The service will be available in Italian exclusively via WhatsApp messages, with unlimited interactions during the specified hours (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM New York time).

Refund guaranteed up to 24 hours before the service starts.
If you need to change your number, please send an email to info@ilmioviaggioanewyork.com at least 24 hours in advance.
A single number valid for purchase.
Refunds will not be granted for issues related to WhatsApp usage, insufficient internet connection, or partial use of the travel days.

Important note:

Numbers not registered in our database will not receive a response.
The service is not available for large groups; we accept up to a maximum of 12 people per single connected number. If you want to connect multiple numbers, you will need to purchase a package for each phone number.
Make sure your phone number is correct and that you have access to WhatsApp with a stable internet connection.
Phone calls or voice messages are not included.
