What to Know Before Booking

Your ticket requires a fixed date and time, however, if your chosen time is not available, we will assign you a time close to your choice.In some cases, the date may not be available, in which case you will be contacted to choose an alternative date.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable

Option: FLEXIBLE – if you want to choose a date but not specify a time, you can go up whenever you like!

Option: PRIORITY – if you want to skip the line not just at the ticket counter but also for the elevator.
