In case of delay, illness, or other personal unforeseen events—even for just one participant—no refund is provided and a 100% penalty will apply.
When possible, the company may, at its sole discretion and as a courtesy, offer participation on another date or allow you to rejoin the group by taxi at your own expense. Traffic and unforeseen events may occur; it is recommended to depart with adequate advance time.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, customers will be contacted within 12 hours of the service using the provided contact details to arrange a rescheduling or receive a full refund. If contact cannot be made, a full refund will be issued automatically.
The tour itinerary may vary during holidays or special events.
The tour remains active in case of rain or snow. In case of force majeure, you will be contacted.

The tour proceeds as scheduled in case of rain or snow. We recommend monitoring the weather on your own and canceling or rescheduling at least 48 hours before the tour. Last-minute requests will not be accepted.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes early. Traffic and unexpected events can always happen, so arrive early. If the tour has already departed, you may be able to reschedule for another date, if possible. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, and it will not be possible to join the group on-site, as it is a distant and crowded location.
