What to Know Before Booking

The observatory is closed for renovations throughout the entire month of January. Please do not select these dates.

The ticket requires a specific date and time, however, if the chosen time is not available, we will assign a time close to your preference. In some cases, the date might not be available. In that case, you will be contacted to choose an alternative date. You can cancel the tickets up to 24 hours before the selected date by sending us an email.
