Free cancellation for unused and unexpired passes
The Go City Essentials Pass ticket is refundable only if unused.
Tickets are also considered used if they have active advance reservations and/or have already been scanned for entry to any attraction.
Any advance bookings must be cancelled before requesting a refund.
The Go City Essentials Pass is in digital format and will be sent via email; it can be used on your mobile phone or printed.
The pass is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase; after this period, it expires automatically.
From the first use, the pass is valid for 30 consecutive days
It is possible to download the official Go City app to manage the pass and book the date and time of attractions, where required.
Free changes are only possible if the pass has not been used, upon request by email to info@ilmioviaggioanewyork.com
It is advisable to book attractions in advance and not to leave them until the last day of travel.
Partial use of the pass does not entitle you to any refund.
Once activated, in case of no-show or failure to use within the validity period: penalty of 100% of the amount paid
